Terms of Use

1. Parties

“SchoolWheels AI”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Qeotek operating the SchoolWheels AI product. “You” means the individual user or the school/trust that licenses the platform. Institutional customers may also have a separate master service agreement (MSA) or order form; if there is a conflict, the MSA prevails for paid school deployments.

2. Services

SchoolWheels AI provides school management (ERP) modules, AI-assisted features, parent/staff/student mobile apps, and a marketing website. Features available to you depend on your school’s subscription and role permissions.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
School administrators are responsible for inviting users and assigning roles.
Students and minors must use the service only under school/parent arrangements and applicable consent rules.
You must not share accounts or attempt to access data outside your authorised role.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform, disrupt service, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Use AI outputs to harass, discriminate unlawfully, or mislead stakeholders about automated decisions
Reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service except as allowed by law or written agreement
Circumvent security, logging, or access controls

5. School content & data

Schools retain ownership of their institutional data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the contracted services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

AI engines may generate insights, drafts, predictions, or recommendations. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Humans remain responsible for decisions affecting students, fees, discipline, and safety. Do not treat AI output as the sole basis for high-stakes actions without review.

7. Fees

Marketing pages describe capabilities; commercial pricing is set in proposals or order forms. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension after notice, subject to the MSA.

8. Intellectual property

The SchoolWheels AI software, branding, documentation, and website content are owned by Qeotek or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.

9. Third-party services

The platform may integrate with payment gateways, SMS/email providers, SSO, maps, or device features. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that AI features will meet every educational outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Qeotek’s aggregate liability arising from the services is limited as set out in the applicable MSA, or if none exists, to fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Termination

You may stop using the apps at any time. Schools may terminate per their contract. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or legal risk after appropriate notice where required. Account deletion requests are handled per our Delete Account process and Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (or as stated in your MSA) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
